How PT Villa Satu Indonesia collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Data we collect
The name, WhatsApp number and email you enter when booking or requesting a quote; booking details (dates, number of guests, event type, notes); and account data (email and an encrypted password, or a Google account) if you create an account. We do not store your payment card details: payments are processed by Xendit. Bank name, account number and account holder are stored only if you request a refund.
How we use it
To process and confirm bookings, send invoices, e-vouchers and notifications by email or WhatsApp, handle cancellations and refunds, answer questions, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties involved
Xendit (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Google (the embedded map on the Location page, and sign-in with Google if you choose it). They only receive the data needed for their service.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in and store your language and theme choices in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Storage and security
Data is kept on servers with restricted access and encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes, and team accounts can be protected with two-step verification. Booking data is kept as long as needed for the service, bookkeeping and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us. Data we must keep for legal or bookkeeping reasons cannot be deleted.
